How to apply:
- Apply a thin layer of top coat for a sticky surface to adhere sequins to.
- Use tweezers to apply nail sequins or use your top coat brush.
- Space as desired.
- Recommend applying 1 coat of glitter smoothing top coat followed by 1 coat of quick dry top coat.

Application:
Cut out decal.
Dip decal in water for 5-10 seconds.
Slide paper backing off decal.
Apply decal to dry nails gently. Tweezers may help with application and placement but not required.
Apply top coat.
Alternate application:
After decal is soaked in water, slide off and apply to a nail stamper with front of decal touching the stamper.
Paint the back of the decal with nail polish to customize appearance and increase opacity.
Stamp onto dry nails.
Apply top coat.
